Fantail Farm offers 10″ gourmet cheesecakes that are made to order for every day life, special occasions, & holidays. Each cheesecake has 12-16 servings depending on the size of the slice.I offer a wide variety of flavors that are made in small batches and with fresh ingredients that are delivered to Bainbridge Island. Many of the ingredients used I make from scratch myself. The cheesecakes last for one week in the refrigerator and up to three months in the freezer.

- Caramel Apple– Caramel sauce is swirled throughout the cheesecake and fresh Bainbridge Island grown apples are sautéed with cinnamon and nutmeg and are placed on top of the cheesecake.
- Pumpkin Spice – A classic for Fall our pumpkin spice uses pumpkin puree and a lot of delicious spices.
- Traditional Plain – This is our #1 best seller. You can serve it plain, with fresh fruit, or dress it up with whatever you’d like.
