Description
Fantail Farm offers 10″ gourmet cheesecakes that are made to order for every day life, special occasions, & holidays. Each cheesecake has 12-16 servings depending on the size of the slice. I offer a wide variety of flavors that are made in small batches and with fresh ingredients that are delivered to Bainbridge Island. Many of the ingredients used I make from scratch myself. The cheesecakes last for one week in the refrigerator and up to three months in the freezer.
- Raspberry White Chocolate – Melted white chocolate is woven into the raspberry cheesecake and then melted white chocolate is drizzled on top.
- Salted Caramel – Salted caramel is woven throughout the cheesecake, classic sour cream topping with Maldon sea salt and more salted caramel drizzled on top. Yes please!
- Tiramisu – This is a brand new flavor for 2026! The tiramisu base is made with coffee & rum, sour cream topping and then dusted with cocoa powder.
- Vanilla Bean – The traditional plain but made with vanilla bean paste instead of vanilla. A simple classic.
