Description
Fantail Farm offers 10″ gourmet cheesecakes that are made to order for every day life, special occasions, & holidays. Each cheesecake has 12-16 servings depending on the size of the slice. I offer a wide variety of flavors that are made in small batches and with fresh ingredients that are delivered to Bainbridge Island. Many of the ingredients used I make from scratch myself. The cheesecakes last for one week in the refrigerator and up to three months in the freezer.
- Peppermint Chocolate – A peppermint and homemade hot fudge base with crushed peppermint on top. Yum!
- Pecan Pie – This has a brown sugar creamy base with a homemade pecan pie sauce swirled throughout, our classic sour cream & topped with toasted pecans and more homemade pecan pie sauce.
- Traditional Plain – This is our #1 best seller. You can serve it plain, with fresh fruit, or dress it up with whatever you’d like.
