Gourmet Cheesecakes

Fantail Farm offers 10″ gourmet cheesecakes that are made to order for every day life, special occasions, & holidays. Each cheesecake has 12-16 servings depending on the size of the slice. We offer a wide variety of flavors that are made in small batches and with fresh ingredients that are delivered weekly to Bainbridge Island – this means there is limited availability so be sure to pre-order if you can! Many of the ingredients used such as the fresh homemade jams, spiced apples, and caramel sauce I make from scratch myself. The cheesecake lasts for one week in the refrigerator and up to three months in the freezer!

How It Works: If you click the Order Now! button below it will take you to our products page where you’ll see the available cheesecakes for each week listed by the date. Click the date you would like your cheesecake. Each week we will offer three varieties to choose from. Your cheesecake will be made to order on Thursday evening and will be available for pickup or delivery (on Bainbridge only) on Friday. On Friday morning you can pickup your cheesecake between 8:30-10 am at St Barnabas Church (use the back entrance on Gowen) or you can request your cheesecake be delivered to your home for a flat rate of $15 on Friday afternoon between 4-6pm. You must be home to receive your cheesecake since it is a perishable item and needs to remain cold.

Note: Our holiday cheesecakes will adapt to the day of the scheduled holiday, for example, Thanksgiving cheesecakes will be available for pickup or delivery the day before on Wednesday, November 26th. Christmas on Tuesday, December 23rd & New Years Eve on Tuesday, December 30th.

  • Almond Joy – The Almond Joy has our traditional plain base with chocolate swirled throughout, our classic sour cream, shredded toasted coconut & sliced toasted almonds on top.
  • Blackberry Swirl – Homemade blackberry jam is swirled throughout our traditional plain cheesecake base and served with our classic sour cream topping.
  • Blueberry Lemon – Homemade lemon curd and blueberry compote is swirled throughout and served with our classic sour cream topping.
  • Caramel Apple- Caramel sauce is swirled throughout the cheesecake and fresh Bainbridge Island grown apples are sautéed with cinnamon and nutmeg and are placed on top of the cheesecake.
  • Chocolate Turtle – This is our #2 bestseller behind the traditional plain. Chocolate is swirled throughout the cheesecake and then caramel sauce and crushed pecans are on top.
  • Cranberry & Orange – Homemade cranberry sauce is swirled throughout the base of the cheesecake with Boyajian orange oil and topped with sour cream & sugared cranberries.
  • Cranberry – Homemade cranberry sauce is swirled throughout the base of the cheesecake, our classic sour cream topping, and topped with sugared cranberries. Perfect for Thanksgiving or Christmas!
  • Eggnog – This cheesecake is made with eggnog & rum and lightly spiced with nutmeg.
  • Honey Lavender – Made with culinary lavender swirled into the base and local honey laced on top of the classic sour cream topping.
  • Key Lime – So fresh and light our Key Lime cheesecake is bestseller!
  • Lemon Curd – Homemade lemon curd is swirled throughout the base and fresh lemon zest on top! This is my personal favorite.
  • Loganberry Swirl – Homemade loganberry jam is swirled throughout our traditional plain cheesecake base and our classic sour cream topping. This is only available in the summer when I have access to local loganberries.
  • Oreo – Crushed Oreos are combined into the cheesecake base and then crumbled on top – this is normally made with a chocolate crust instead of our graham cracker crust.
  • Peanut Butter Cup – Smooth creamy peanut butter is mixed into the cheesecake base and then chopped peanut butter cups are on top.
  • Pecan Pie – This has a brown sugar creamy base with a homemade pecan pie sauce swirled throughout, our classic sour cream & topped with toasted pecans and more homemade pecan pie sauce.
  • Peppermint Chocolate – A peppermint and homemade hot fudge base with crushed peppermint on top. Yum!
  • Peppermint – The base is peppermint – very fresh & light- and then topped with crushed peppermint.
  • Pumpkin Spice – A classic for Fall our pumpkin spice uses pumpkin puree and a lot of delicious spices.
  • Raspberry Swirl – Homemade raspberry jam is swirled throughout our traditional plain cheesecake base with our classic sour cream topping.
  • Raspberry White Chocolate – Melted white chocolate is woven into the raspberry cheesecake and then melted white chocolate is drizzled on top.
  • Salted Caramel – Salted caramel is woven throughout the cheesecake, classic sour cream topping with Maldon sea salt and more salted caramel drizzled on top. Yes please!
  • Snickers – Chocolate and caramel is woven throughout the base and chopped Snickers on top!
  • Spiced Apple – The base has lots of delicious spices and is then topped with locally grown apples that are sautéed and served on top. A taste of Fall!
  • Strawberry Swirl – Our homemade Strawberry jam is swirled throughout the base. Hello June & Suyematsu strawberries!
  • Traditional Plain – This is our #1 best seller. You can serve it plain, with fresh fruit, or dress it up with whatever you’d like.
  • Vanilla Bean – The traditional plain but made with vanilla bean paste instead of vanilla. A simple classic.
